Traceability

New technology allows faster piercing, cleaner holes, and smaller holes in thicker parts. Haskell is an AISC certified fabricator. Heat numbers, part marks, drawings, and layout marks can be etched on your parts allowing full traceability for structural, aeronautical, military, government, and other critical components. We can expedite the cutting of parts for your just-in-time needs or save your order of small parts as “fill-in” work to be cut with other work of like material/thickness when price is more important than schedule. Our state-of-the-art estimating and nesting program allows us to import multiple drawing files in seconds, so we can quickly provide our customers with pricing, lead time, and material requirements. One file per part is preferred for faster quote turnaround. Acceptable formats include DXF, DWG, DSTV (NC1). We can draft files from your hand-drawn designs or contract drawings for an additional charge.
