QUALITY CONTROL

Haskell understands that Quality is paramount to successful project delivery. Our approach, using a robust, quality management system, supports our goal zero construction defects. Although a goal of zero defects is difficult to achieve, we believe it fosters a culture of continuous improvement and refusal to be satisfied with “good enough.” Our system defines guidelines for inspecting and documenting the quality of our work to achieve best in class standards.

Using these guidelines and working with our clients, we develop and implement integrated quality process specific to each project. Through early collaboration and communication of quality expectations, policies, and deliverables, a Site-Specific QA/QC plan can be implemented, with specific inspection, and testing requirements for each project. Our professional teams implement and oversee these programs to ensure that conformance is maintained for all self-perform, subcontract, and supplier activity.

Haskell is an AISC certified structural Fab shop, WABO approved, and is ASME certified for “U”, “S”, and “PP” for manufacturing and assembly of Boilers, Pressure Vessels, and piping. We are also “R” certified through the National Board (NBIC) to perform repairs and alterations on Boilers and Pressure vessels.
Our QA programs ensure that all code and customer specification requirements, testing regimens, and reporting is implemented and adhered to. The Haskell Corporate Quality Manager provides oversite and periodic auditing of QA and QC systems being performed on our projects.

Quality control filing system are structured according to our Quality Management System. This includes but is not limited to, test packages, loop checking documentation, structural torqueing records, industrial coating reports, and NDE documentation, which are well organized and assembled into final turnover packages for our clients.

Haskell welders are qualified to meet AWS, WABO and ASME code requirements; testing and certification records are maintained in our corporate offices with field copies available at each work site.
