Haskell uses the Total Quality Management approach for both shop fabrication and field construction projects. Delegating the responsibility of quality control to all levels of the project organization, not only enhances the product quality for the customer, it also generates personal pride in workmanship. Our pride shows through with our reputation for providing quality products and services to our clients by producing a quality product from the start. Everyone whether at the president of the company level or the worker’s level has the responsibility to great quality of work.

Most of Haskell’s Quality Control Inspectors are qualified to AWS-QC1-A, as Certified Welding Inspectors or some even hold API Certifications that support the fabrication work that Haskell performs on a daily basis. Striving to keep on top of quality Haskell performs and documents audits of the QA/QC system, which provides feedback to all levels of the job. Haskell gives each Quality Control Inspector full support in achieving the highest quality obtainable for all works that are performed.

Haskell has the following ASME and NB code stamp certifications: R, U, S, PP, and NB. With these certifications Haskell is recognized as a fabricator capable of building new pressure vessels, repairing / replacing part of, alterations of, and the rerating of pressure vessels. Some of the other capabilities of Haskell are the ability to install and assembly power boilers, and fabricate and install boiler pressure piping components following the applicable code requirements and client’s standards.

Haskell maintains material quality by requiring mill certifications for all our materials and verifying all alloy materials with Positive Material Identification, whether carbon steel or chrome. Each shipment of material receives a thorough check in to ensure we start on the right foot from the beginning.
